DESCRIPTION

CLF-20120 (Cooling Lubricant Fluid) is a plant-based and nanoparticle-based coolant for industrial refrigeration and cooling systems.

CLF-20120 is part of a new generation of fluids that contain solid particles having nanometric dimensions (i.e. less than 100 nm), which clearly improve the thermal properties of the coolant, according to the Maxwell Theory on the thermal conductivity of liquid-solid mixtures.

The nanoparticles in the CLF-20120 liquid produce a stable liquid suspension, not clogging the channels of radiator and not causing load losses and related pressure drops inside the cooling circuit.

Thanks to their large exchange surface, as well as their natural chaotic motion (Brownian motion), nanoparticles increase the thermal properties of the liquid itself.

Storage and shelf life

CLF-20120 must be stored at temperatures between -20°C and +50°C. The estimated shelf life is 12 months (in unopened package). Do not leave the package open and do not let the product freeze.

Usage tips

CLF-20120 is a ready to use product, so you can put directly into the radiator, without dilutions, after removing the previous coolant.

Temperatures of use in closed circuits: -from 20°C to +110°C.
