WaAlOx (UALO)
DESCRIPTION
WaAlOx (UALO) gives enamels a high resistance to corrosion, increasing the adhesion to the substrate, the mechanical strength, the impact resistance and the wear resistance.
WaAlOx (UALO) is composed of spherical nanoparticles, having dimensions in the range of 7-15nm.
Usually, the use of WaAlOx (UALO) does not change the production process.

WaAlOx (UALO) is supplied in:
- 1kg packs
- 20kg pails
Storage and shelf life
WaAlOx (UALO) must be stored at temperatures between +5°C and +50°C to guarantee the longest shelf life, estimated at 12 months in unopened package. Do not leave the package open and do not let the product freeze.
Usage tips
Example of use in enamels for steel: you can mechanically mix WaAlOx (UALO) to the liquid enamel, in order to obtain a concentration of nanoparticles lower than 1%, with respect to the dry residue of the enamel itself.
