High performance NanoTech coatings

The major advantages of Mg alloy wheels are: higher strength, toughness and good heat dissipation.
Mg alloy wheels are very good in high-performance racing vehicles.
To protect Mg alloy wheels from corrosion, wheels are painted with an increase in weight and a decrease in thermal dissipation.
We remove all the paint from the Mg alloy wheels and we applied our PROTECTIVE-TM in the external part of the wheel and our PROTECTIVE-HR (high thermal radiation coating) in the inner part to improve heat transmission from wheel to the tyre.

We treated the front wheel of a race motorcycle that it already run 800 km without critical issues or problems.

With respect normal race wheels, we obtained low weight, roughly 100 grams less, and an increase of the internal temperature of about 4°C, with better performance during the race.
